Kelly Rosenthal is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in compensation and human resources management. Since 2018, Kelly has served as Vice President and Compensation & People Analytics Director at Gilbane Building Company, overseeing the company's compensation functions and people analytics strategy. Prior to this role, Kelly held various positions at Gilbane from 1999 to 2017, including Vice President, Regional Director of Human Resources, where responsibilities encompassed comprehensive HR services and corporate compensation management. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Project Manager in the Highway Design Division of the Maryland State Highway Administration from 1993 to 1999. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Penn State University and a Master of Science in Real Estate from The Johns Hopkins University.
