Leah Morrow-Williams

Leah Morrow-Williams, M.Div., currently serves as a Chaplain at Gilchrist since March 2024. Previously, Morrow-Williams worked as a Hospice Chaplain and Nursing Home Administrator (in training) at Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania from November 2021 to November 2025. Morrow-Williams held the position of Lead Pastor at Beaver Memorial United Methodist Church from May 2020 to November 2021 and was a Graduate Seminarian Student at Duke Divinity School from May 2017 to January 2019. Additional experience includes family management duties while raising four children, candidacy for State Representative in District #93, serving as a Council Member for the City of Bentonville, and roles in compliance and legal analysis at Walmart and as an IRS Contractor. Morrow-Williams earned a Master of Divinity from the Interdenominational Theological Center and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Memphis.
