Lara Antaby

Lara Antaby is an experienced organizational development and talent acquisition professional currently serving as an Advisor in Global Organizational Development at Gildan since July 2019, where responsibilities include leading global initiatives related to employee engagement, performance management, and talent management. Lara also has experience as an Advisor in Talent Acquisition, managing full-cycle recruitment and contributing to the global Talent Acquisition strategy. Prior to Gildan, Lara worked at LANDRY et associés as a Talent and Performance Management Consultant, focusing on recruitment practices across various corporate sectors. Additionally, Lara held the position of Assistant Manager at Judith and Charles, where responsibilities included customer service, staff training, and merchandising. Lara holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Relations from Concordia University, completed in 2017.
