Sareen Kabir

Sareen Kabir currently serves as the Director of Legal and Compliance and Company Secretary at Gildan since March 2024. Prior experience includes the role of Country Head Legal at Novartis from December 2021 to March 2024, and Director of Legal and Compliance as well as Head Of Legal & Compliance at Novo Nordisk from October 2018 to December 2021. Sareen also worked at Grameenphone Ltd as Policy Advisor and Legal Support in Industrial Relations between October 2011 and September 2018, and began a legal career as an Associate at Syed Ishtiaq Ahmed and Associates from January 2009 to September 2011. Sareen holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from BRAC University and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Southeast University, alongside A Levels in Business from Scholastica.
