Derek Johnston

Derek Johnston, MRQA, is a results-driven leader with over 20 years of experience in drug and device development. Having held various roles at Johnson & Johnson, Derek served as a Senior Specialist in Quality Assurance and transitioned to Director of Regulatory Intelligence at Labcorp Drug Development, where they led strategic initiatives and ensured compliance with regulatory standards. Currently, as Director of Intelligence Compliance & Quality Integration Management at Gilead Sciences, Derek focuses on integrating compliance efforts and enhancing quality management systems across the organization. They are also pursuing a BSc. Hons. in Herbal Medicine from Middlesex University.
