Jennifer Rickard

Jennifer Rickard is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across several prestigious organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Gilead Sciences since January 2020, Jennifer previously held key positions at Visa from April 2017 to December 2019, including Vice President of Global Human Resources and Senior Director of Global Human Resources. Prior to that, Jennifer was Senior Director of Human Resources at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, focusing on software and talent management initiatives, and held various senior roles at Hewlett-Packard Company from 2007 to 2015, including Senior Director of Global Talent and Chief Diversity Officer. Additionally, Jennifer gained valuable experience at Goldman Sachs from 2000 to 2007 in executive leadership and organizational development. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education and Social Policy from Northwestern University.
