Joseph Park

Joseph Park, MD, PhD, currently serves as Senior Director at Gilead Sciences since October 2021. Prior to this role, Joseph worked at Amgen from August 2016 to October 2021, where responsibilities included serving as Molecular Genetics Director and Clinical Research Medical Director, focusing on integrating omics insights into clinical development strategies and providing medical leadership for clinical studies. Joseph also held the position of Clinical Research Senior Medical Scientist at Stanford University and completed a Pediatric Fellowship in Hematology/Oncology/Stem Cell Transplantation at Children's Medical Center. Joseph's earlier training includes roles as a Pediatric Resident at UT Southwestern Medical Center and a Medical Scientist Training Program Fellow. Joseph's educational background features a PhD in Molecular Biology and an MD from UT Southwestern Medical Center, along with a BA in Molecular Biology from Pomona College.
