Lilibeth Velasco-Dofiles

Lilibeth Velasco-Dofiles is a seasoned professional in regulatory affairs with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Director of Global Regulatory Affairs for Virology at Gilead Sciences since July 2013. Lilibeth leads the regulatory strategy for the Lenacapavir HIV Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis program, ensuring successful product registration and life-cycle management across significant markets. Previous roles include Associate Director in Global Regulatory Affairs for HIV PrEP and liver diseases, as well as various positions focused on regulatory affairs and project management at Elan Pharmaceuticals, BioMarin, and Bayer.
