Marc Berson

Marc Berson currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Gilead Sciences since August 2020. Additionally, Berson is an Advisory Board Member for both Cognizant and HCLTech, positions held since November 2021. Prior to Gilead, Berson was Senior Vice President of Business Transformation and IT at HP from May 2017 to August 2020, and Senior Vice President of Business Transformation at Philips from April 2014 to May 2017. Berson's career at IBM spanned nearly 17 years, concluding as Vice President of Business Transformation & IT, where responsibilities included leadership of the Business Analytics Competency Center. Berson holds a B.S. in Finance & International Business from Penn State University and a Master's in Project Management from The George Washington University.
