Margarita Dimitrova

Margarita Dimitrova is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing Workday implementations and support, currently serving as a Senior Manager and People Technology Specialist at Gilead Sciences since September 2020. In this role, Margarita is the Functional Lead on the deployment of Workday Absence for multiple EMEA countries and oversees support for existing markets. Prior experience at GSK includes leading Workday Time Tracking and Absence management projects across various global manufacturing sites, where Margarita executed successful training and implementation strategies while decommissioning legacy systems. An accomplished participant in the GSK Futures Leader Programme, Margarita developed strong expertise in HR technology and data analytics, underscored by a Master’s degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Imperial College London.
