Pablo Galindo-Payan

Pablo Galindo-Payan currently serves as the Director of Strategic Projects in the CEO Office at Gilead Sciences since January 2023. Prior to this role, Pablo held various positions at Boston Consulting Group from August 2013 to January 2023, progressing from Consultant to Project Leader, and also served as Strategy Officer for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation from February 2016 to July 2017. Additional experience includes a role in Business Development and Strategy at drive.ai from December 2018 to June 2019, as well as internships at Gilead Sciences and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Pablo holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Brown University.
