Preethi Krishnan

Preethi Krishnan is an accomplished project management professional with extensive experience in pharmaceutical development and manufacturing, currently employed at Gilead Sciences since November 2015. In this role, Preethi leads cross-functional projects across manufacturing operations, successfully managing over 10 new product launches in key markets, including the rapid launch of Biktarvy®, Descovy®, and Vemlidy® shortly after FDA approval. Prior to Gilead, Preethi held positions at Pfizer and Hospira, where Preethi implemented process improvements and provided project management support for critical R&D activities. Preethi's educational background includes a Bachelor of Pharmacy (Honors) from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Master of Science in Human Toxicology from the University of Iowa.
