Rebecca Gledhill

Rebecca Gledhill is a seasoned professional in global compensation and benefits management, currently serving as Senior Manager, People Partner EMEA at Gilead Sciences since July 2025. Previously, Rebecca held the position of Director, Global Reward, Performance & Change and Global Compensation & Benefits Manager at The Juice Plus+® Company Europe GmbH from September 2020 to June 2025, where responsibilities included leading the Compensation & Benefits Strategy and developing a Global Benefits roadmap. Prior to this, Rebecca worked as Global Reward & Mobility Manager at Dufry Group, focusing on global reward frameworks and performance management strategies. Earlier experience includes a role as Reward and Recognition Analyst at DHL International UK Ltd, where strategic reward processes were implemented, and as an HR Rewards and Benefits Administrator at World Duty Free Group. Rebecca earned a BA Hons in Sociology and Gender Studies from the University of the West of England.
