Remus Osan

Remus Osan is the Director of Data Science at Gilead, where they lead a team in developing AI/ML capabilities and computer vision pipelines. They have extensive expertise in anomaly detection, brain functions, and large-scale computational models, contributing to significant advancements in drug manufacturing and medical instrumentation. Osan served as an Assistant Professor at Georgia State University, focusing on computational neuroscience and mathematical biology, and has also held roles in various data science positions across multiple industries. They are currently pursuing postdoctoral studies in neuroscience at Princeton University while holding degrees in physics and computer science from the University of Bucharest and the University of Pittsburgh.
