Todd Appleby

Todd Appleby is currently the Senior Director at Gilead Sciences, a position held since 2019. Todd began their career at Valeant Pharmaceuticals International as a Research Scientist from 2000 to 2006, where they utilized protein crystallography to advance drug discovery. They continued this expertise at Gilead Sciences, where they served in several roles, including Senior Research Scientist I and Principal Scientist, until 2011. Todd earned a B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of California, Davis, followed by a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Bioorganic Chemistry from Cornell University.
