Yanhui CAI

Yanhui (Jenny) Cai is a Principal Scientist at Gilead Sciences, where they lead clinical biomarker studies focused on HIV cure strategies. Previously, they served as a Senior Research Scientist and led various HIV biomarker and clinical studies. With a background as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the National Cancer Institute and a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Tulane National Primate Research Center, Yanhui contributed to significant research on immune responses and macrophage roles in AIDS pathogenesis. They also held scientific roles at The Wistar Institute, where they evaluated HIV cure strategies and led studies involving novel therapies. Their education includes advanced training at the University of California, San Francisco and The University of Texas at Austin.
