Sankaran Jaya Lakshmi, MBA, PMP, currently serves as a Product Engineering (PLM) Technical Program Manager at GILLIG, where responsibilities include overseeing technical aspects of PLM initiatives and aligning strategies with business objectives. Previously, Sankaran held senior management roles at Astra and Northrop Grumman, focusing on PLM processes, digital transformation, and collaboration with leadership to define technical roadmaps. Sankaran's expertise extends to designing and implementing PLM solutions at KATERRA and Maxar Technologies, as well as serving as a Senior Solutions Architect at Siemens PLM Software, where extensive experience was gained in data integration and customer migration. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Systems and Operations from Anna University Chennai and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and Informatics from Bharathiar University, along with a PMP certification from PMI.
