Jeff Moore has a range of work experience that revolves around human resources, recruiting, and executive search. Jeff started their career at Deloitte in 2001, where they worked as an HR Lead/Recruiter until 2006. During this time, they identified and recruited top talent and maintained relationships with external clients such as students, student associations, faculty, and career service professionals. In 2007, Jeff joined EGC Construction as an HR Director, where they managed all HR activities, including staffing, scheduling, labor relations, and performance management. In this role, they developed an employee handbook and coaching & counseling programs along with employee development and training. Jeff then joined Gilman Partners LLC in 2011, where they worked as an Executive Search Consultant/Research Team Manager until the present. At Gilman Partners, Jeff is responsible for retained executive search, talent acquisition, and leadership development across the US. In 2011, they also became a founding board member of Cincinnati Community ToolBank, the fourth affiliate in the national network of tool-lending programs, where they served until 2013.
Jeff Moore received their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from Xavier University in the years 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, from 1993 to 1995, they attended Earlham College where they studied History and Human Relations. It is not clear whether they completed a degree at Earlham College.
