David Deuchler

David Deuchler, CFA, has a strong background in portfolio management and research analysis. David has held various positions throughout their career, starting as a Senior Consultant at FactSet Research Systems in 1998. From 2000 to 2005, they worked at Goldman Sachs, where they served as a Research Analyst and Portfolio Manager for the Value Equity Team. During this time, David initiated and monitored investment positions, made investment presentations, and developed proprietary models.

In 2005, David joined Moore Capital Management as a Portfolio Manager/Research Analyst, focusing on long-short investing in the Healthcare sector. David established the Healthcare Long/Short Equity investing effort for the firm and managed a fundamental research-driven portfolio.

David then moved to Citadel Investment Group in 2008, where they worked as a Portfolio Manager/Research Analyst. David was responsible for building an independent hedge fund equity business, developing research and investment processes, and implementing trading strategies.

From 2012 to 2013, David worked as a Managing Director at Suvretta Capital, where they were responsible for Healthcare, Industrial, and Consumer investment long-short idea generation and portfolio management.

In 2013, David joined Goldman Sachs once again, this time as a Portfolio Manager for the Value Equity team. David made asset allocation decisions and executed the investment process for Small, SMID, and Mid Cap Healthcare and Industrial sectors.

Most recently, David has been working at JAD Advisors since 2017, serving as a Managing Partner. JAD Advisors is a strategic advisory firm that addresses the mission-critical needs of business strategy, capital investment, and investor relations.

Currently, David Deuchler is working as a Managing Director at Gilmartin Group LLC, a strategic advisory firm specializing in Capital Markets, Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, and Business Development.

Throughout their career, David has accumulated extensive experience and expertise in capital markets, strategic advisory services, and investor relations.

David Deuchler, CFA holds a BSBA degree in Business with a concentration in Finance from the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute, as well as the SIE, Series 63, Series 79, and Series 82 certifications from FINRA.
