Jason White

COO at Gimmal

Jason White is currently the COO at Gimmal. Prior to this, they were the Director of Global Services at WorkForce Software from February 2019 to January 2021. In this role, they managed a customer portfolio of $6M to $8M annually and was responsible for providing regular reporting to various stakeholders, including escalated issues. Jason also ensured that corporate standards, tools, and processes were leveraged across their portfolio and oversaw the full lifecycle of project management and overall solution implementation. Additionally, they worked closely with Sales leaders to ensure successful selling and scoping of professional services, including hands-on deal involvement in large prospect sales opportunities. Jason has also implemented repeatable and sustainable processes that drive client satisfaction and predictability of revenue and delivery. Jason has also participated in client interactions to ensure client satisfaction and regular management involvement. Furthermore, Jason has trained and developed team members to ensure maximum employee productivity, satisfaction, and revenue management. Lastly, they have built and improved relationships with third party Systems Integrators who may be used as subcontractors or engaged as a prime contractor with clients.
