Vacant has a Bachelor of Arts from Delaware State University in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies. They are certified by the Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing, And Regulation as a Licensed Manicurist/Nail Technician. They are also certified by the Red Cross in Adult CPR & AED, and Pediatric CPR. Lastly, they are certified by the American Red Cross in CPR/AED/First Aid.
