Paul Johnson

Paul Johnson has extensive experience in contract administration and government program management, currently serving as the Director of Government Program Administration at Ginkgo Bioworks, Inc. since June 2019. Prior to this role, Paul held the position of Vice President of Contracts & Administration at Passport Systems, Inc. from December 2006 to June 2019, and worked as a Senior Contracts Manager at Raytheon for a brief period from June 2005 to December 2006. Additionally, Paul directed contracts administration at Draper Laboratory from 1990 to 2005 and started a career as a Contracts Administrator at Wang Laboratories between March 1985 and March 1990. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Norwich University, earned between 1977 and 1981, and is a graduate of Chelmsford High School, attending from 1974 to 1977.
