Dr. Olaf Radant

Dr. Olaf Radant has a diverse work experience starting from 2007. Dr. Olaf worked as a Working Student at zeb consulting from August 2007 to February 2009. Dr. Olaf then pursued an Apprenticeship at Commerzbank AG from March 2009 to July 2009. Following that, they worked as a Working Student at BIOTRONIK from September 2009 to February 2010. After that, they joined BearingPoint as a Manager from April 2010 to August 2018. In 2018, they became the Principal at Eraneos - powered by Ginkgo. Currently, they hold the position of an Adjunct Professor for Management, Leadership, and Organization at SRH Hochschule Berlin, starting from October 2019. Dr. Olaf'srole at SRH Hochschule Berlin is expected to continue until August 2023.

Dr. Olaf Radant completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Economics & Computer Science at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Diplom Kaufman in Finanzierung/Investition & Produktion/Logistik from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin between 2005 and 2010. Dr. Olaf also pursued a Leadership and Management program at Yale School of Management in 2016. In addition to their formal education, Dr. Radant has obtained various certifications including SAFe 6 Scrum Master, SAFe Scrum Master 5.1, Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School Online, Holacracy Practitioner from dwarfs and Giants, edX Honor Code Certificate for Foundations of Data Analysis from edX, Projekt Management Professional from Project Management Institute, and Six Sigma Green Belt from BearingPoint.
