Lindsey Sonnen

Lindsey Sonnen is a skilled urban planner with extensive experience in land acquisition and project management. Currently serving as Principal Planner at Ginn Group since January 2020, Lindsey focuses on prospecting and acquiring raw land while fostering relationships with landowners. Previous roles include Real Estate Specialist at Industrial Barre + Ride, Client Concierge at AKS Engineering and Forestry, and Land Rights Research Lead at Associated Right of Way Services, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed contract management, cost analysis, and land rights research. Additional experience includes internships with the City of Orinda Planning Department and the City and County of San Francisco, focusing on planning processes and environmental compliance. Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and Planning from San Francisco State University and has further education from Oregon State University and Santa Barbara City College.
