George Valletti has extensive experience in finance, strategic planning, and operations. George worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Ginsey Home Solutions from 1988 onwards, where they handled various responsibilities such as financial preparation, forecasting, budgeting, sales analysis, and strategic planning. George also managed costing, gross margin modeling, credit and collections, banking relationships, and company mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, they oversaw inventory control, conducted physical inventory at multiple locations, and successfully relocated and consolidated facilities. George implemented ERP system conversions, process and control implementations, and overseas operations. Furthermore, they handled royalty reporting and analysis for nationally licensed products and worked with various professionals, including attorneys, insurance brokers, public accounting firms, landlords, suppliers, customers, and financial institutions. Prior to their role at Ginsey Home Solutions, they served as an Accounting and Inventory Control Manager at Mr Goodbuys from 1986 to 1988.
