Bob Ceddia

Bob Ceddia has extensive experience in operations management within the restaurant industry, currently serving as the Regional Director of Operations at Giordano's - Famous Stuffed Pizza after previously holding the position of Manager of R&M, Facilities, and Operations at the same company. As the President and Founder of Ceddia Consulting, Inc., Bob provided consulting services. Bob also held the role of Director of Operations at Cenitare Restaurants and was a General Manager at Brinker International. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University, where studies occurred from 1983 to 1987.
