Jim Pfeifer

Jim Pfeifer has extensive work experience in the food industry. Jim first worked at The Hershey Company as a Research Microbiologist, providing product development and quality assurance support. Jim then joined Verdelli Farms, Inc. as the Director of Quality Assurance, where they developed and implemented quality assurance programs and achieved high third-party audit scores. Following this, they served at Fresh Express, holding various roles including Manufacturing Manager and Plant Manager. In these positions, they led production planning, process improvements, and new food safety programs. Currently, Jim is the VP of Operations at Giorgio Fresh Co.

Jim Pfeifer obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Bacteriology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which they attended from 1984 to 1988. Additionally, they took some Food Science courses at Penn State University, although the exact start and end years are not provided.
