Jenni Antila

Jenni Antila has been working in the Human Resources field since 2020, when they began their role as HR Manager at giosg. In this role, they are responsible for talent acquisition and people operations in Finland, Sweden and UK offices, as well as HR practicalities, processes and policies, coaching for team leaders, coordination of administrative functions and overall wellbeing at work. Prior to this, they worked at Mäkitalo Attorneys Ltd from 2013-2020, where they were the Marketing Coordinator and Office Assistant. Her main responsibilities included handling the front office reception, different kinds of office support duties, scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements, and substituting the Office Manager. From 2011-2013, Jenni worked as an Event Coordinator and Producer for Tapahtumapalvelu Laslo Oy, where they were responsible for producing events for companies, department stores and private persons, including IKEA, ABB, Stockmann and Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company.

Jenni Antila holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Laurea University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained between 2012 and 2015. Her field of study was Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration and Marketing.
