Jared D. Weiss

Jared D. Weiss has a diverse work experience in the animation and design industries. Jared D. began their career as an Artist/Moderator at Ghostshrimp Global, where they focused on drawing, painting, and scanning for various projects. Jared D. also curated, designed, and moderated social media for the company. Jared then worked as a Storyboard Director at Six Point Harness, where they directed storyboards for animation projects. Jared D. later joined Warner Bros. Animation as a Storyboard Artist/Background Designer. Jared also worked as a Freelance Artist at Giphy Studios, creating animated GIFs and videos for different projects. Jared D. had the opportunity to design and animate GIFs for the vinyl release of the film "Swiss Army Man." Additionally, Jared served as a Director at Six Point Harness, and as an Art Director at Otherworldly Mystics. Jared D. had brief stints as a Guest Artist at Bento Box Entertainment LLC and as a T-Shirt Designer at Method Cafe. Jared also shared their expertise as a Guest Lecturer at Columbus College of Art & Design and the University of Southern California.

Jared D. Weiss obtained their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Traditional Animation from the School of Visual Arts. Jared D. attended this institution from 2008 to 2012.
