Vitaliy Morarian

Vitaliy Morarian has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Vitaliy began their career as a developer at an unspecified company in the year 2000. Vitaliy then worked at IT Group as a developer and later as a project manager, where they were responsible for developing core functionality and web user interface for projects such as the CITI portal and the Digital University automation system. In 2004, they joined UkrSoftLab as a Java senior developer and later became a project leader and senior developer. At UkrSoftLab, they played a key role in the development of the CB2Care information system for the health and welfare system of the Netherlands, utilizing technologies such as J2EE, EJB, and PostgreSQL. Vitaliy'snext role was at SoftServe, where they worked as a software engineer and contributed to the development of the Distributed Channel Management System. In 2007, they joined U-wiss as a software architect and remained with the company until 2012. During this time, they worked on various projects, showcasing their skills in software architecture. Following their tenure at U-wiss, they worked as a contractor, specializing in Scala software engineering. Vitaliy then joined DataXu as a senior software engineer, working predominantly with Scala and Java. In 2017, they transitioned to Apptopia, where they worked as an R&D Software Engineer specializing in Scala. Vitaliy'smost recent work experience was at GIPHY, where they held the role of Scala Software Engineer starting in 2018. Overall, Vitaliy Morarian has demonstrated a strong skill set in software engineering, with a particular expertise in Scala and Java.

Vitaliy Morarian started their education at Chernivtsi State Lyceum No.1 in 1994 and completed it in 1996. Following this, they attended Chernivci National 'Juriy Fedkovyc' University from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Mathematics. Subsequently, they continued their education at the same university from 2000 to 2001 and earned a Specialist degree in the same field.

In addition to their formal education, Vitaliy Morarian also pursued additional certifications. In 2012, they obtained a certification in "Functional Programming Principles in Scala" from Coursera. In 2013, they received another certification titled "Principles of Reactive Programming" from the same institution.
