Vitaliy Morarian started their education at Chernivtsi State Lyceum No.1 in 1994 and completed it in 1996. Following this, they attended Chernivci National 'Juriy Fedkovyc' University from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Mathematics.
