Customer Champion at Gipper

Devin McCarthy has held a variety of roles since 2008. Devin began their career as a Cashier Customer Service at Target in 2008. Devin then moved on to become a Stand Prep/Cook at Fenway Park for Aramark in 2010. In 2013, they held an internship as a Recreation Assistant Intern at the Melrose Recreation Department. Devin also worked as a Game Operations Intern at the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association in 2013. In 2014, they became a Physical Education Teacher at Mystic Valley Regional Charter School. From 2018 to 2020, they were an Account Manager at FamilyID, Inc. and was then acquired by ArbiterSports where they held the same role. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Customer Champion at Gipper. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for customer engagement and communication programs, building rapport with customers, connecting with customers, developing trusted advisor relationships, introducing products, managing pipelines, scheduling activities, resolving conflicts, and preparing stores.

Devin McCarthy graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management from Southern New Hampshire University in 2014, having started their studies in 2010.
