Oscar Perez-Muga

Oscar Perez-Muga has extensive experience in the field of psychology and child welfare, currently serving as a consultant for RedesAFE at Federación Internacional de Comunidades Educativas (FICE Spain) since March 2022. With a long-standing role as a Child Protection Therapist, Adoption Training Coordinator at Gipuzkoako Foru Aldundia - Diputación Foral de Gipuzkoa since 2009, and as an author for Editorial Desclée de Brouwer since 2011, Oscar has made significant contributions to child welfare literature and practices. Previous positions include being the CEO and Co-Founder of Therappi from January 2017 to May 2020 and a specialized family support psychologist at Agintzari. Oscar co-founded the Aire Association for Resilience Research, served as a consultant for the organization Colosse aux pieds d'argile dedicated to preventing child sexual abuse, and worked in various therapeutic roles at Ayuntamiento de Donostia San Sebastián and Argabe. Academic credentials include a Licenciatura in Psychology from Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea and a doctoral course in Social Psychology from Università degli Studi di Bari.
