Prachi Kishnani is a Senior Product Developer at Giraffe Foods Inc. since March 2024, with previous experience as a Fermentation Scientist at Mara Renewables Corporation from November 2020 to March 2024 and at Dalhousie University from September 2017 to December 2020. Prachi has a strong background in bioprocess optimization, laboratory scale R&D, microbiology techniques, and fermentation experiments. Academic qualifications include a Master’s of Science in Food Science and Technology from Dalhousie University (2017-2020) and a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology from Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth (2012-2016). Prachi's research contributions include the development of methods to detect Dimethyl Sulfide in malt seeds and various other projects aimed at improving fermentation processes and product quality.
