Irina Shyshkina is a seasoned talent acquisition specialist with extensive experience in recruitment across various sectors, currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at StepUpHire since April 2020, where responsibilities include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with hiring managers, and conducting candidate evaluations.
