Gabriel Vargas

Gabriel Vargas is an experienced operations professional currently serving as Operations Manager at Giraffe since May 2021. Prior to this role, Gabriel held the position of Senior General Manager at TRG Concessions from December 2019 to May 2021, overseeing 1751 Distillery Bar & Kitchen. Gabriel's extensive background with Giraffe includes a tenure as General Manager from September 2013 to November 2019. Additionally, Gabriel worked as General Manager for multiple locations of Fire & Stone from 2009 to 2013 and served as Assistant Manager at both Fire & Stone and The Rock Garden earlier in the career.
