Al Shuman

Al Shuman is an experienced Kitchen Manager with a career spanning over two decades in the hospitality industry. Currently, Al Shuman has been serving as Kitchen Manager at Giri Hotels since September 2016. Prior to this role, Al Shuman worked at Hersha Hospitality for 17 years in the same position. Al Shuman holds an Associate of Occupational Science degree in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management from Johnson & Wales University, pursued from 1975 to 1977.
