Catherine Fernandez

Catherine Fernandez is an experienced professional with a background in education and program coordination. Currently serving as a Program Coordinator at the Girl Scouts of Greater New York since March 2022, Catherine previously worked as a College Readiness Mentor at the Center for Engaged Learning, where weekly virtual sessions were organized for high school seniors to prepare for college. Catherine's early experience includes roles as a Library Page at The New York Public Library and a Seasonal Book Seller at Barnes & Noble, Inc., where customer engagement was a key focus. Catherine also served as a Teaching Assistant at Columbia University Medical Center and completed an internship at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, gaining insights into various medical careers. Catherine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Fordham University, completed in 2020.
