Erin Deroma

Erin DeRoma has a diverse range of work experience. Erin started their career in 2002 as a Barista at Starbucks Coffee Company. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as an Activities Coordinator at Oak Knoll Nursing Home, where they ensured that all residents were engaged in social activities. In 2011, they became a play, arts, music, and school skills instructor at Gymboree Play & Music, Canton Ma.

Erin then transitioned to the role of a Behavioral Therapist at Apex Behavioral from 2012 to 2013. Erin joined Gymboree as a Sales Lead from 2013 to 2015. Erin then worked as a Behavioral Therapist at Sunbelt Staffing from 2019 to 2020.

In 2014, Erin joined Girl Scouts of Eastern MA and took on various roles. Erin worked as a Program Manager for older girls, responsible for running programming for multiple units. Erin also served as the Assistant Director of Camp Cedar Hill, overseeing staff and camper relations. In 2017, they became the Preschool Program Director at Camp Cedar Hill. Additionally, they worked as a TASC employee at Waltham Public Schools from 2020 onwards.

Erin DeRoma completed their Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Bay Path College from the years 2008 to 2011. Erin then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Special Education and Teaching at Bay Path College from 2014 to 2015.
