Marcia Chapman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data strategy and leadership roles. Currently retired, Marcia oversees troop activities as a Troop Leader for the Girl Scouts of Oregon and Southwest Washington since August 2022. Previously, Marcia was a Data Strategy Consultant and Director at The Standard from October 2005 to June 2023, and served on the board of the Girl Scouts of Oregon and Southwest Washington from April 2015 to April 2022. Before that, Marcia worked as an actuary at Mercer from 1990 to 2005. Marcia holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Trinity University, obtained in 1988.
