About

The board of directors for Girl Scouts of Southern Arizona has a history of experience in education and administration. Members have worked as an associate dean at Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California, as an educational consultant, and as an executive director of admissions and financial aid at University of Arizona College of Medicine. They have also worked as a 4th grade teacher at Borton Magnet School, an elementary school teacher at Tucson Unified School District (TUSD1.org), and a 4th grade teacher at Sunnyside Unified School District. Additionally, one member has experience as a title I program facilitator at Sunnyside Unified School District. All members of the board have experience working in education, with a focus on administration, admissions, financial aid, and teaching.
