Evelyn Chapman

Evelyn Chapman is a Retail Specialist at the Girl Scouts of Southern Illinois since August 2023, previously serving as a Barista at Starbucks from August 2021 to August 2023, and as Secretary at First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) from September 2019 to August 2021. Evelyn's experience includes roles as a Summer Camp/After School Counselor and Summer Camp Coordinator at the YMCA of the USA’s National Resource Office and Mt. Sterling YMCA, respectively, from June 2017 to August 2021. Earlier positions include hostess at Kyoto Steak & Sushi and Burrito Creator at Qdoba Restaurant Corporation. Evelyn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and a high school diploma from Brown County High School.
