Arnika Knight

Arnika Knight is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, curriculum design, and training management within the youth and community development sectors. Currently serving as Volunteer Learning and Development Manager at Girlguiding since February 2020, Arnika previously held the role of Senior Curriculum and Training Manager at The Challenge, where management of the National Citizen Service curriculum and staff training was a focus. Earlier positions include Partnerships Manager at UK Youth, Senior Project and Quality Manager at Future Foundations Training Ltd, and Youth Engagement Intern at Anti-Slavery International. Arnika’s career also features event management with Canterbury Youth Services, technical roles with Kayam Theatre and Concert Structures, and marketing support with World Vision New Zealand. Academic credentials include a Master's in Political Science with a focus on International Relations from Leiden University, and a dual Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Management from the University of Canterbury.
