Noelle O'Connor

Noelle O'Connor is a highly experienced professional with a robust background in strategic workforce design, business management, and policy advisory roles within various government entities. Currently serving as Principal Advisor for Strategic Workforce Design at the Ministry of Justice UK, Noelle leads multiple continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring effective stakeholder management and resource prioritization. Previous roles include Head of Business Management Unit at the Department for International Trade, Senior Business and Change Manager at the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, and Senior Policy Advisor at the Cabinet Office. Noelle’s extensive experience is complemented by academic credentials, including a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Law and both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Arts from the National University of Ireland. Additionally, Noelle contributes to community empowerment as a Unit Helper and Camp Leader with Girlguiding.
