Anika Asthana currently serves as a Summer Business Analyst at Kearney and is a Mellon Mays Undergraduate Fellow at the Mellon Foundation, an esteemed program aimed at expanding the representation of historically excluded students in doctoral studies. Previous experience includes roles such as Executive Director of the Impact Challenge at Business Today, Summer Investment Analyst at Pleasant Lake Partners LLC, and Nonprofit Consultant for Rose Academies, where strategic initiatives led to significant cost reductions. Additionally, Anika worked as a DEI Intern at the U.S. Department of the Interior, a John C. Bogle Fellow in Civic Service, and contributed as a Research Assistant for the Stanford University Oral History Textual Analysis Project. As the founder and president of Step It Up, Anika focused on empowering disadvantaged individuals through essential business skills. Anika is pursuing a Bachelor's degree at Princeton University and has also studied at the University of Cambridge.
