Javier Polit began their career at Procter & Gamble in April 2017, where they served as President & Chief Information Officer. In this role, Javier was responsible for overseeing all aspects of IT at P&G. Javier was able to find new applications of existing and emerging technologies to strengthen and expand the IT impact in every area of the business.
In February 2020, Javier left Procter & Gamble to join Quinnipiac University as a Member of the Board of Trustees. Quinnipiac is a nationally ranked private university in Hamden, Connecticut that grants undergraduate and graduate professional degrees. Javier served in this role until March 2021.
Javier’s most recent position is as the Director at Girls Who Code. Girls Who Code is a nonprofit organization that aims to support and increase the number of women in computer science. Javier is passionate about this cause and is committed to helping girls achieve their dreams of working in the tech industry.
Javier Polit has a graduate degree from Harvard Business School, an MBA from Purdue University, and a Masters of International Management from Budapest University of Technology and Economics. Javier also has a Masters in Business Administration from TIAS School for Business and Society, and a Masters of Science from Barry University. Their undergraduate degree is in Business Administration from the University of Miami.
