Leyla Seka

Leyla D. Seka serves as the Chair of the Board of Advisors and Partner at Operator Collective since August 2019, and is a Co-Founder of the Black Venture Institute. Leyla is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Oakland Museum of California and actively contributes as a Board member for Girls Who Code and the UC Berkeley Coleman Fung Institute for Engineering Leadership. Leyla has held significant roles on the Board of Directors for SetSail and Proofpoint, and was the COO of Ironclad, Inc. from September 2021 to January 2023. Leyla’s extensive experience includes various executive positions at Salesforce, covering roles from Executive Vice President to Director of Product Marketing for the AppExchange. Academically, Leyla holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of San Francisco and a BA in International Relations and French from the University of California, Davis.
