Sophia Liu is an Incoming Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs, set to join the Financial Institutions Group in June 2024, following an earlier role as an Investment Banking Sophomore Summer Analyst within the same group. In the summer of 2023, Sophia gained experience as a Private Equity Summer Analyst at Plexus Capital, LLC, focusing on deal execution and portfolio operations. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a finance concentration at Duke University, Sophia has built a solid foundation in finance following the completion of a high school diploma at Cary Academy.
