Spencer George

Spencer George has a diverse background in marketing, development, teaching, and advocating for women in the creative fields. With experience at organizations like Girls Write Now and ArtistYear, Spencer has utilized their skills in grant writing, editorial work, and teaching creative writing in rural communities. Spencer is also the founder of Not Your Girl, an online art and literary collective. Currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Folklore Studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Spencer has a strong educational background in English Literature, Human Rights, and Creative Writing from Barnard College and Columbia University.
