Domantas Mince

Domantas Mince is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Core & Platforms at Girteka Group since May 2021, overseeing data migration, testing, development, and technical management teams. Previous roles include Technology Team Manager, Cutover & Hypercare Manager, and Change & Release Manager at Girteka Group, where Domantas led multidisciplinary teams, developed comprehensive strategies for modernization programs, and improved release management practices. Prior to Girteka, Domantas worked as an IT Consultant at EY on ERP and cybersecurity projects, and as Application Lifecycle Management Lead and SAP Solution Manager Specialist at Telia. Domantas holds a Bachelor's degree in Bioinformatics and is pursuing Master's degrees in DeepTech Entrepreneurship and Management at Vilnius University and ISM University of Management and Economics, respectively.
