Søren G. Krarup-Jensen

Søren G. Krarup-Jensen currently serves as the Head of People & Culture Nordic at Girteka Logistics and as the CHRO at Thermo-Transit. With extensive experience in human resources and operational leadership, Søren has held key positions including Head of Defence Services at the Danish Meteorological Institute, CH OMD at Forsvaret, and Director of Global Head of Crewing at Oldendorff Carriers GmbH & Co. KG. Prior roles include Global Head of Marine HR at Team Tankers International and Chief Commercial Officer at MOLSLINJEN A/S. Søren’s career includes significant tenure at A.P. Moller - Maersk, where roles spanned from Senior General Manager to Captain. Søren holds a BSc in Maritime Transport and Nautical Science, is a Certified Coach, and has completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School and IMD.
